Looking for a Bilingual Arabic and English candidates.


  • A minimum of 10 years experience building and leading successful customer experience organizations, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position (Director).
  • Progressively responsible experience working in a SaaS organization; strong technical background.
  • Combined background of post-sale and sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, implement, and deliver customer experience solutions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and leverage those relationship to influence and drive improvement.
  • Highly competent in collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data and translating it into business solutions.
  • Enthusiastic self-driven strategic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to take initiative, adapt to change and growth and get things done.
  • Experience with SalesForce and Gainsight preferred.
